3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATED TO SALES
3.1. General provisions
Due to the use of the Website, no additional cost is imposed on consumers.
3.2.1. Information on the products is available on the Website and is provided in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502.
3.2.2. We will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions, pictures of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time they are entered into the system; However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that such product details, descriptions and pictures are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date and error-free.
3.3.1. All prices stated for the products available through the Website are prices including VAT at current rates and are expressed in Turkish Lira (TL) and Dollars (USD).
3.4. Placing the Order
3.4.1. If there is no order confirmation within 24 hours after the order is placed, customer can contact us at 0532 626 67 22 for support.
3.4.2. If customers have any questions or concerns while placing an order, or want to receive information about a previously placed order, they can contact us by calling 0532 626 67 22 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. For the fastest service, customers are recommended to have their order numbers ready.
3.5. Payment options
3.5.1. Customers can pay for products by credit card. The following cards are accepted for payment:
3.5.2. We do not accept credit cards with a billing address outside of Turkey.
3.5.3. Customers will not be charged for any items until they are shipped.
3.5.4. For the customer's security, the customer's invoice name and address must match those of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.
3.5.5. All credit card holders will be subject to verification checks and authorization by the credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver if, for any reason, the customer's credit card issuer refuses to allow us to pay, either before or after payment.
3.6. Ordering Questions
3.6.1. Generally, products are shipped within a few days of receiving the order. Customers can contact us for any information regarding shipping by calling 0532 626 67 22 or by e-mail at email@example.com.
3.6.2. With an Eataly Shoes Account, customers can check the status of their most recent orders by visiting the Order Status page in the My Account area. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most up-to-date information on customers' orders.
3.6.3. When customers click on the Order Status page, they will be prompted to log in with their e-mail address and password. The order summary page will provide the customer with detailed information about their current and past orders. After an order has been shipped, the corresponding tracking number, if available, will be displayed. Customers can also follow the delivery status of the order with our courier by clicking the "Sent" button under the Order Status heading. Some couriers' tracking information may not be available until 24 business hours after the order is shipped.
3.6.4. Occasional orders or some of the orders are canceled by our system for various reasons. Some of these reasons are:

3.6.5. In case of cancellation of an order, the customer will receive an e-mail explaining the reasons for the cancellation. No fee will be charged for any order canceled from customers. If the customer wants to place a new order or has any questions about the canceled order, he can contact us by calling 0532 626 67 22 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.7.1. Orders are processed and delivered on weekdays only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
3.7.2. We cannot send orders to PO Box addresses.
3.7.3. The shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and these will be shown separately on the order form and the delivery receipt. No shipping fee will be charged for purchases over a certain amount that we can show on the Website.
3.7.4. In accordance with Article 48 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers, if we do not notify the customer that the ordered products are not available, including temporary unavailability, including an e-mail notification, the products will ) will be delivered within days.
4. Right of Withdrawal
4.1. We are a company dedicated to providing our customers with the best products available. If the customer feels that the product he bought from us does not meet his expectations, he will have the right to withdraw from the contract, if the product package is not opened within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products, and within 7 days in return transactions, and without penal clause. There are no returns or exchanges for discounted products.
4.2. The customer's intention to exercise the right of withdrawal can be notified to us by e-mail at email@example.com, together with the customer's order details, including the customer's order number and the date of the products to be returned. The customer will find in the order package a packing slip containing the details of the order along with the details of the return process. If the products listed on the delivery note do not match the products in delivery, the customer will immediately inform us of the situation on 0532 626 67 22.
4.3. After that, our Customer Service will issue the customer an authorization number and e-mail confirmation of the right of withdrawal. The Customer is recommended to keep the consent number for future references to the subject with Customer Service.
4.4. If the customer returns the product for any reason, he will not be required to pay the costs of returning the products to us.
4.5. After the use of the right of withdrawal, the products are sent to us only if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package are not opened, used and undamaged, and as long as they are stored and used with all appropriate and care, the whole price of the products will be exchanged for exchange after the withdrawal. We undertake to refund the Customer within (fourteen) days. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card used. We will send a notification email to the customer as soon as a refund is issued.
4.6. It is highly recommended that the cargo be sent via Ups Cargo, which requires a signature upon receipt, which is a registered delivery service. We cannot be responsible for items lost during shipment.
If the products do not comply with Article 8 of the Consumer Protection Law, legal guarantees regulated by Articles 8 to 12 of the Law on Consumer Protection will be applied. The customer has the option of reversing from the contract with the purchase of the purchased products, free of charge, replacement with a double without defects, discount from the sales price or returning the price ready for refund. If the customer does not notify us of the non-compliance within 6 (six) months after the incompatibility is detected, it will waive these rights. We will be held liable if the incompatibility occurs within two years of the products being delivered. In any case, the deadline for transactions that intend to allege a non-compliance that is not maliciously disguised by us will automatically expire 2 years after the delivery of the products.
6. Applicable Law and Competent Court
6.1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by Turkish law.
6.2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity and / or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the Consumer Problems Arbitration Panel (within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Customs and Trade) and the Consumer Courts at the residence of the customer or seller.
